If an order is cancelled before it has been printed and shipped, a full refund will be issued - including shipping fees.
In all other cases, shipping fees are not refundable. If a package is refused for any reason, including refusal to pay custom fees, or returned to us as un-deliverable, shipping fees will not be refunded. Also if you return an order and want a refund, we do not refund the shipping amount you originally paid to get the order to you.
