If an item is wrong or defective, do not return it! Submit a ticket with a description of the problem and a picture and we'll make it right.
If you want to return for any other reason, you can either exchange for another item or take a refund.
Refund amounts will not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive the product.
It may take up to 10 days after we receive the return to check it into our system. For faster processing of your exchange please start a ticket and send the tracking number of the return. If you want a refund, you'll have to wait until the item is received back
